Earl - like many others I completely support your efforts and also applaud your persistence and acumen in an area I know not much about. It appears that your proposal has again been rejected and the reasons for this rejection have not been shared with you. This is very disconcerting.

I see from other posts that you and Hoov have opened up lines of direct communication, and that Hoov's proposal has been accepted by Management.

Notwithstanding your proceeding with an injunction to obtain this information from the company, may I suggest that you request Hoov to review your proposal and identify whether or not it is deficient in any way, and what these deficiencies may be (assuming of course that there are some, though there may not be any).

Doing so would enable you to present to the OSC an unbiased third party review (from someone who was successful in his first atempt) of your proposal, and that can only add weight to your own allegations.
