1. There is no question about our right to a fair and democratic process. No one denied ET that right. However he has to follow the rules for his submission. If he had made a submission that met the rules he would be able to proceed.
2. My point is that the main objective is to get value out of our shares and this diversion is not getting us closer to that objective.
3. In my opinion supporting ET, especially since it is on a point of principle, just adds credibility to an otherwise pointless exercise. I would be a lot more comfortable if it were Hoov and/or someone else that can add value to the company.
