This is no longer about what Earl can or cannot do for GNH. It is about the arrogance to suggest that I am qualified to own a company yet do not posess the aptitude to chose who runs it and therefore the Chairman will decide for me.

I hope Earl is successfull with his injunction. Even if we don't agree with him, I believe we should all support his right to run in the election, if only to ensure WE still get to decide who owns this company.

I appreciate Sudbury's thoughtful posting on this and other boards. But I say agin, we have gone way beyond the "line in the sand" where our fundamental rights as the owners of this company may well be trod upon. Not good.
