I appreciate GNH's decision to include Earl Takefman's proposal in the information circular. Its important that shareholders have a voice. Although I don't think Earl is the reason our share price dropped from 90 cents to 3 cents , Earl is starting to come across as an obsessed predator / crazy lunatic and more importantly a distraction. Earl you have raised good questions, but sorry I will not be voting for you. Our stock price is at 3 cents and even at these levels I don't think you can add and any value to our company. I hope others realize that Earl is a negative distraction and vote against him. Let the AGM serve as our turning point ! April
