Hey guys,

I wasn't able to get over to the AGM this year, but I called Sasha for an update this morning. It seems that the slate of directors recommended by the company was voted in at the meeting. So it appears we now have 7 members on the board of directors with addition of Mr. Hoover. All in all, it was a relatively quiet proceeding that was followed by a meeting of the board of directors where I am told that all of the directors were in attendance.

Hopefully, we can now focus on the next chapter of the story. Who doesn't love a good book? :)
