We have the Gold together with many other positve factors which I could list but it would not matter becuase you seem to be on a mission of bashing this deal regardless.

All of these factors together with our gold gives our new partner great incentive:

In this weak market our Board and CEO did well: this is a win win for everyone and if for some reason our partner is unable to bring in a partner of their own for financing then GNH will still be open for new partners in a most likely stonger market by that time.
