The value can certainly get this low: ..it would not happen 'overnight': in these cases of stock splitting it takes a few months of trading and soon the deteriation starts all over again.

It is very plausable that within 12 months the new price of 30 cents can end right back down below 5 cents: this pattern has been repeated so often on the ventures exchange.

This is why the company needs the approval of shareholders.

And you are absolutely correct in assuming that someone may step in and try to take advantage: buy us up at lower amounts: this could happen at any time through the process of our shareprice falling from 30 cents.

and please remember: after the split, we may go from 30 cents to 60 cents for a short while, during the new push of GNH: but this is only equivalent to going from 1 cent to 2 cents currently.

And then at 60 cents the new investors take profit, bringing it back down: and we all know, this often causes a rush to sell and it then can go well below 30 in a few days.

Over the next year or two it's much easier to bring our share price from 1 cent to 10 cents than the equivalent after as 30 to 1 stock split, which would be 30 cents to 3 dollars! (this is unlikely on a ventures market). Both 1 cent to 10 cents and 30 cents to 3 dollars are the same in market cap which would be: 1.4 million to 14 million.

As to the second comment: Management does not need this done at all.

The best stratagy is to get our expenses down to the bare minimum and make sure our claim and corporate fees are met. (no more big salary for Frank ...and Sasha is gone so that hepls as well to cut expenses down)

There are ways to raise money without out being exravagant:

One of the main reasons given by management to do this split is to raise money for new acquistions!!! This is entirely not necessary right now. We do not need new properties: we neew to look after the very fertile property that we already have and start promoting it. Not dreaming about having other properties. Investors are not stupid they realize a stock split is just optics.

It's infinately more prudent to concentrate on remaining solvent with the very good property that we already have and weather this bare market out: Uragold is looking optimistically for finacing as well.
