Larry: you answer questions in other circumstances with detail and selectivity.
The two questions as put are basic and simple for management to answer.
CEO Jim Voisen, (among others) pointed out, that any CEO (management in general) must be able to approximate the working capital needed on an annual basis, at any time during their tenure, if they are doing there job: ...and Jim said that any shareholder should expect an answer: it's the basic financial foundation of any company: re-occuring expenses and debt servicing (that amount of money which represents annual costs to stay solvent minus salaries). Jim also shared that he, himself would have a difficult time on SEDAR going through technical financial data of a company in order to come up with that basic amount of money as being asked about, let alone the average shareholder!!!
As for the question on our claims: this is very straight forward: have any of our claims lapsed? simple.
I personaly find that your unwillingness to answer these two very basic but important questions is unacceptable and alarming, especially to long time and loyal investors, who have been supportive of the company for many years.
Sincerely, your friend ...danny
