From a high in 2010 the sp is down by 250 times.

From a high in 2012 it is down by about 120.

Since the consolidation ( split, reverse or what ever, is the wrong word here) it is down by half, and looks like going down further.

Managment is supposed to protect shareholder value. When they can not it is time for change of managment, or at least a severe ( proportional to shareholder's? ) cut to their pay.

Sorry to rain on this parade but we are experiencing a flood.

(Fortunately I am now a small holder and the value of which is near zero.)
