Everyone try it out( not all at once ), see how and if it meets your needs. Make comments publicly here or send to Agoracom. Management will likely appreciate your suggestions and recommendations if early enough before they set their new system in concrete in three weeks.
I liked the Stockhouse version but was missing the 'Out Box" with messages I sent out. I used to keep a directory of messages sent out on my computer but quite often I would post a message while forgetting to save a copy beforehand. It was not long before I started to use Notepad/Wordpad to compose my messages, saving them and then transferring to the Stockhouse mail system for sending. Not the most efficient method but was adequate for me.
