At approximately 9:15 this morning I noticed a bid of 15,800 at $2.15 with a corresponding ask of 100 shares at the same price. Five minutes later a seller decided to undercut the bid and place a 15,000 ask at $2.10 taking the bid down with it. What normal investor would place a sell order 5 cents below the bid price when there was a very good possibility they would have been filled at a higher price? This is not the first time this has occurred.
