Well, probably because there are much bigger factors influencing the PMs theses days. No matter how positive the potential of an ECU out there, it mattes not. Just like it matters not what the garbage level three assets are in GE's, Fredddie Mac's and Citigroup etc. ...that VHF just posted.
The markets are "mindfreaked". The only problem is that Chris Angel tells us it is all an illusion, one that may kill him in the end as he seeks contintually create an even better illusion, compounding his risk factor. Those that are creating the market illusions are telling us that it is not an illusion but they really don't plan on defying death. You see, they think they have devised a plan that assures they will not be in the barrel when it goes over the falls.
