Golden Minerals is a junior silver producer with a strong growth profile, listed on both the NYSE Amex and TSX.
I am providing a summary of the trades so far for this week below. GMP is obviously a tax loss seller who needs to cover off on gains made during the year, this is very common practise. Cannacord is our market maker and has been playing games because of the GMP and TD seller and is probably short stock which will have to be purchased back. TD is a combination of one or more traders and probably some tax loss selling as is Desjardin.
The real focus and question should be who is this buyer through Anonymous that is getting the cheap bargain stock as they have bought 682,600 so far this week. This is a time to focus on buyers not sellers as tax loss selling will be done on Dec 24th, gold/silver looks stronger week over week and the HUI has shown the same strength lately.
I expect large amounts of money to come off the sidelines in January and gold/silver and ECU will more than get it's fair share.
Here are all the house positions for : ECU from 12/15/2008 to 12/19/2008. |
