I've just recently convinced relatives of mine to finally invest in gold and silver in order to protect their savings from confiscation through inflation.

The info I seek is; where is the best place someone can buy bullion in the Toronto area, if they were going to take delivery in person from the dealer to avoid any additional costs to the purchase price?
