The Bank of Nova Scotia is the only bank I found that sells silver bullion. They may not take orders for smaller amount of silver but they will still deliver the 1000 ounce silver bars or its equivalent in kilograms(30kg =1058 ounces). Last bar our family bought when silver was about $10 US cost us almost $13K Cdn. for about 30kg. When we did the Canadian to US dollar conversion, there really wasn't much of a premium that the bank was charging.
Last October we were also able to purchase 1 ounce or gram equivalent gold wafers from BNS.
