I'm sure there are many that are selling and taking the .05 to .10 loss to get the warrant. They can even sell the shares from the issue later and sit on the warrants for the next 5 years. If the SP goes over $1.10 they make money and they don't have much money tied up. That is almost certainly the reason for much of the selling.
