The following SEC response was generated back to me following my submission of comments to Erik Sirri, director of the SEC's Division of Trading and Markets:

The strange thing about this experience is that I received Mr. Sirri's email address from the SEC webpage.
Is there any wonder why the lobbyists will always have an inside track to conduct their influence? The same experience happened to me with email attempts when I tried to contact Congresswomen Nancy Pelosi and and intermittently, with Lynn Woolsey.
