Hey Coach, excellent points as usual. After all that has gone on over the past few years, it does seem prudent to question almost everything that is reported through the media. A little reading and some common sense can definitely help one see through the seemingly infinite clouds of propaganda. The corporations seem to be the architects, the governments the suspect enablers, and the media just a tool for mass communication. When the swine flu scandal was at its peak in Fall 2009, I remember watching a video by a Spanish Roman Catholic nun who was also a U.S. educated medical doctor. She practically shot down every myth on the H1N1 virus and months later has proven to be nothing short of a life saving saint. Probably similar parallels can be drawn with the global warming fiasco of the last few years, which finally fell apart in Copenhagen. When one looks back at all this, it almost appears that each of the influential corporate sectors are being allowed to take their turn at the taxpayer trough before the big ship goes under.
