I was sure that I read a post a couple of minutes ago about an arbitration panel ruling in favor of GOG. (and is no longer in view)

I subscribe to Stockwatch and there is a news release dated today at 15:51 saying that the panel favored GOG in its decisions.

What the heck is going on?
