GOG issued a press release giving its version of the arbitrator's ruling. Needless to say, it implies that ECU's negative actions justified the arbitration process and that the arbitrator's rulings favor GOG. The ECU/GOG argument has appeared to me all along to be more a reflection of some personal animosities between the companies' managements than a meaningful business dispute. The issues in contention do not appear to be very significant. One could infer that all of the matters could have been settled by the parties had they met with that intention. The whole process has not been favorable to shareholders in either company. Both managements should get back to business at San Diego. The GOG release is available at the GOG site here on Agoracom. You would have to compare the two companies' interpretations side by side to determine which version is a more accurate reflection of the facts.
