Before you can have a perfect system, you need to rid "man" of some basic emotions, and the main one is "fear".

Fear has spurned all that is wrong with man.

i.e.

Fear of death = Religion

Fear of starvation = Greed

Fear of Capitulation = Power

etc.

The problem is, emotions, both good and bad, are what separate us from other species.

Also, not everyone would be prepared to "earn" $50,000.00/year.

Someone would always want something for nothing.

And who would you have solve emergencies?

Why bother if I am already guaranteed my $50,000.00.

Just some "food for thought".
