Golden Minerals is a junior silver producer with a strong growth profile, listed on both the NYSE Amex and TSX.
I could not be more in agreement about financial statements. This has been something I have harped on many times. As I was told in the past ECU is a exploration company and does not have to file quarterly statements. This was true in the past when the mines were not producing anything. But it is obvious now that it needs to be done. I also agree that without this information it is harder for new shareholders to put up money based on a 43/101 report. Sure it looks good but I could say I have 20 acres of corn that would produce 1 million bushels, it doesn't mean it will happen. Then the short problem. We wouldn't have such a problem if savvy investors saw a clear picture to invest into. Another point is this. Although I understand other shareholders buying ECU when it is down. But what purpose does it hold if you go out and sell it back for a 30 cent profit. Someone has to gobble up those shares. I thought for sure that when ECU started mining at least 1000 tpd's a day we would finally see a just reward. This is not to mention that silver has almost tripled since the first of the 43/101 reports were stated. But here we are still looking at a penny stock when we should be looking at a 20.00 a share stock. But that is what the markets and manipulators have been doing to a stock which isn't producing positive results. Of course it isn't just ECU with these problems. In a world economy that is starting to be driven by commoditys the Wall Street greed has become blatant. Why? Because we have no real news agency in this country that will bring the truth to the public. If one half of the subscribers to all these gurus for G&S pooled up the money it could actually happen. I mean come on now most of these geniuses want anywhere from 100.00 to 1000.00 dollars just for a subscription to bogust advice. Get a real news program. Find someone with due diligence to bring on the Ron Pauls of this world , Jim Siclair, Jason Hommel, Eric King, political leaders, and the most interesting the guys who are accountable for our money. I hope you read my post Mr. Geitner and your croonies. Then maybe just maybe we could get some certainity in the markets. Call them out like Jon Stewart on the Daily Show and prove the theorys they continue to miscalculate. I look at junior miners and see banks drooling all over themselves waiting like wolves for the shepeople to give up. But if for once we stood up and brought the true answers to questions we might actually see results. Hey it's working for all the new democracies that are unfolding right in front of our eyes.
So when does it all change. When we the people start to change it ourselves. No more silver will be 100.00, 500.00, or a thousand dolars but true discerning answers. We can not let the Governments of this world be accoutable for ourselves. History has proven that. It is only when we stand united that answers will unfold. I mean how many of us have sent e-mails, letters, and phone calls to get no answers.
So if 50% of the subscriptions that we all hold dear to our heart , were used to start our own broadcast program you could actually see the real truth. Of course we can continue to speculate and get the shares and wipe our butts with them or get down to the real answers. I haven't even seen a Ron Paul interview in awhile never mind the likes of some other great speakers I have mentioned and many more like them. Come on! Wouldn't you rather watch Jim Sinclair battling it out with Gartman? How about Ron Paul versus Ben Bernanke? If the rest of the worlds people not governments can force change than why can't we. Like to see Kudlow and the rest of the CNBC croonies whine when they lose ground to people with real news stories and truth to boot. But hey we can just keep things the same way and get the same results. I know I am tired of internet SOAP OPERAS. I hope others feel the same.
Either way. I am very happy with the posters here I just wish we could all finally get our due reward for our diligence. I really don't want to sit here though and see my money looking good on someone elses table. Oh Yah! Just imagine asking questions about leasing out 70 % of our stock money to the companies that are suppose to protect our investment. Just one of a million questions that would really stir things up.
