First off ECU will have it's day in the sun again. The highs of 2006 will be reached again and surpassed. I still have faith in Bill Murphy and Wistor Holt from Gata who have challanged and correctly been on the right side of this pm bull market since the early 2000's. In addition they have always been big believers in ECU. Technically I say the consolidation in ECU since 2006 makes this a rocketship once the step up is complete.

Second the TDC AMM debate is worth discussing also. I own both companies. First off AMM Almaden Minerals reduces the risk and cost of exploration by joint venturing our ideas to other companies which fund further exploration on our projects in order to earn an interest. We currently have over 40 projects in our portfolio at various stages of development. That is taken from their website. This is a lower risk model with multiple projects. Great management with respect for shareholders and proven mines in the same general area that are being developed by neighboring companies.

TDC on the other hand has great potential also but what president D. Webb has as superior strengths in geology he critically lacks business wise. I think the potential was there several years ago to do a joint venture with the likes of Jim Puplava, Keith Barron and Leanne Baker as a team that could guide the company into the right partners to move the company much further along compared to were they are today. In the mean time more shares have been issued. One of the largest shareholders in Jim Puplava appears to have reduced his position in TDC while Keith Barron an advisor to Jim Puplava and former collegemate of David Webb has been silent. Leanne Baker a board of director for Agnico Eagle has seen their company develop the northern district of Nunivit into a potential pm powerhouse for AEM going forward. I still speculate that Tyhee would be a great fit into an Agnico portfolio of mines someday. Perhaps my biggest mistake when I first invested was that other than the Giant Mine that produced in the Yellowknife area years ago there are no real mining companies in the yellowknife area today that are either producing or successfully exploring other than Tyhee.

My opinion only.
