I agree.

As long as FIAT still has value, shares will be tradable for same. If FIAT goes the way of the "Dodo" bird, the markets will definitely close. but if you have possession of your shares, they will have tradable value.

Other than the basic necessities of life, and bullion itself, can you think of anything more tradable than proof of ownership of a productive pm mine?
