So in one mighty swoop we got rid of the two major knocks I kept hearing about the company: too many shares and not enough cash/too much debt? Plus I think that little cash trickle that goes with the exchange might help shed a few shorts even before they have to cough up :)

Awesome! Who cares if I have less shares in a company valued at over 20 buck a share- look at the total company value, there is a LOT of room for growth. I particularly love that their biggest backer is showing interest in backing the new company up with even more investment.
