Finally, thanks Coach. I agree 100% with everything you've said... my biggest fear the last year or so was another dip into share expansion as we were always hovering near a cash issue.

Cash issue solved, the resources are still there and we don't have to worry about such a diluted share number anymore. I like this much, much better then a takeover. In a few days this will settle and I'm sure this is going to look great in hindsight... I just see us plugging all the weaknesses we had. Tighter ship, same potential.

I am upset about the obvious insider trading & the poorly timed release, but again in a few months no one will care... others may disagree but I was always and will always be a long termer in this company, and care more about the company strength long term then cashing out on a quick 3 bagger. This could be much, much bigger.
