Munisign and Silverbull,

Take a look at the trading volumes on the American side for both AUMN and ECUXF leading up to June 13 - this deal was pretty much finalized on the weekend of June 11 and 12 - sure, not 100%, but my guess is they just had a few details to clean up after that.
