After I received Commissioner Chiltons reply I replied with this:

"Thanks for your response Bart. Someone needs to expose this. My theory is that the massive shorts in the AG futures are being given time to unwind their manipulative positions before meaningful regulatory enforcement is put into effect. While I disagree with this, as it is just another “get out of jail free card” for these entities, and we who are invested in this market for fundamental reasons are getting wiped out, I get it and wish you or someone would give the message that the screws are being tightened. Millions of people around the world would support your efforts to do this. I appreciate your candor and can’t imagine the political pressure you must be under at this time."
