If this type of action was prevelant throughout the whole marketplace, I believe you would be possibly "on the right track", but for the Chinese to be concentrating on PM's, and succeeding, without competition from "The West" would show just how arrogant we have become.

The PM market, at this time, is so small, that anyone trying to "buy in" cheaply, must mean that the rest of the players are asleep at the wheel. or feel they have nothing to worry about. After all, they own more "paper (ETF's) than anyone.

Oops!

Maybe their arrogance will be their downfall after all.
