Golden Minerals is a junior silver producer with a strong growth profile, listed on both the NYSE Amex and TSX.
What are you talking about Sinbob. Are you suggesting that management/BOD of Golden has deliberately hurt their own stock and shorted their own stock or participated in fraudulent actions against the interests of shareholders. These are serious charges and of course contrary to the best interests of shareholders. Management and the BOD are required by law to report any trading activity in Golden and make full disclosure within days of any activity.
Management of Golden may have some things to answer for but I highly doubt criminal activity is one of them. These are shocking allegations and suggestions and unless you have evidence that their regulatory filings are wrong then you are way over the line. This sounds like a McCarthy type guilty (everyone's a communist until they p[rove they aren't) until proven innocent type view. This is very dangerous ground and a very slippery slope.
I agree that their are some bad actors (bad people with criminal intent) out there in the financial world but certainly not at Golden Minerals, this is like saying Jim Sinclair is guilty until he proves himself innocent of driving down his own companies stock which would be not only ludicrous but call into question those pointing the finger.
