I brought this subject up a few weeks ago, i.e. that management is up to no good and that this stock is simply not acting right. I laid the blame at management's step. There is an agenda here. Munisign is correct.
I had the opportunity to attend the recent Vancouver Resource Investment Conference and made it my business to make inquiry of a couple of gurus about the state of Golden Minerals. I hate to be the bearer of bad news - and please don't even think about shooting the messenger - but I received a "thumbs down" from both. And one was one of the main principals of Sprott. No, it was not Eric.
On that subject, I was informed Sprott dumped its position in Golden a month or so ago. I do not know exactly the date but I believe this speaks volumes.
Why is Golden imploding? Price lower every day and on "up" days by one or two cents!!? In a word, too many mistakes, misplaced emphasis on Valardena and not El Quevar, and so forth.
I would give this company a less than 10% chance of surviving and yes, it will likely be bought out for a song. Someone will make money. Just not us.
Meanwhile we wait, hoping. Hope is not a good investment strategy.
