I don't believe that for a second. What we are witnessing is the abuse of trillions of QE money to transfer wealth from the normal investors to the 1%. From 300% short to 100% long. Anything goes as long as you are allowed to sell short without borrowing the shares.

In 2-3 years we will be on the other extreme, overvalued juniors. The difference will be that they will have other owners.
