Time To Invest Now?- Shaleguy

I usually follow a policy of being fully invested all the time (sell a stock , spend the money within the week) but since October I have been accumulating cash and am now sitting on what for me is a pile of dollars. All February I have been itching to start spending on some of the percieved bargains but have not acted and now the month is over think I got it right. So now we wait to see what madness March will bring.
