As to 08-05, with the misses at 08-01 and 08-04 they have revamped their program. I mentioned previously that the initial hole locations appeared to be pciked on the basis of access trails and a "we can't miss" attitude. After the 08-01 miss I suspect they went back to the drawing board and re-thought their plan. It looks like they are focusing on the NE of the discovery until they get further geophysics to guide them. They also stated initially that they were going to redrill both the discovery holes but now appear to be redrilling only 08-03 at this time. They can always redrill 08-06 later if they need to.

Remember they only have permits for 7 holes at this time and they have now commited to 5 of those (08-01, 08-04, 08-02, 08-03A, and 08-05). After drilling 08-05 they will only have 2 holes left (08-07 and 08-09) in this program. I suspect that both will be further step outs to the North of the intial discovery hole in an attempt to add high tonnage stepouts.

An interesting aside is that they didn't mention sulphides in the lower portion of the intercept in 08-02. The presence of sulphides would make the downhole geopysical targets much more pronounced. On the other hand the lack of sulphides increases value. Guess we will have to wait and see.

In fact all of the above are just my educatred guesses so take them as thought vs advise.

... Been There.
