In judging when to buy in when a stock is going up as fast as GXS is in the last 2 days, it is important to look at previous highs, sharefloat and results of these latest NRs. Previous high was $19.00. This was based on rumors and faded pretty quickly. Now, we still are standing on 20M shares only, so at $2 per share, we are looking at a 40M dolllar MC. With info from both NR, it seems we are looking at potentially on of the best coal deposits in North America...actually, 2 deposits separated by only a few kms. Very attractive for a Major with infrastructure close by. This would turn out to be a multi billion dollar coal project if it sees the light of day which is still far from a done deal.

However, the downside risk right now, even at $2 is quite low IMO. Even at $5, you are looking at a $100M MC...still relatively low when you look at the news, land position, NAV...I think she has much more room to climb in the short term. Yes alot of profit taking has occurred to keep our price just over $2 but as the share float is small, those shares are falling in stronger hands and we could see this thing really explode next week as the big boys who may have been off on Friday go over this news on the weekend and we get more exposure at the PDAC. Next week should be alot of fun. I believe $3 is very achievable by next Friday as the selling will dry up and people chase these shares!!
