It looks like he is replacing Mr. Armen Chillian. On thier web site Mr. Chillian is still the VP of Exploration, so this guy is his replacement.

Most of this years rise will come from Hardrock. Premier has already said they are open for a sale this year, and by years end and after thier 70,000 meter drill program I would not be surprised to see thier resource grow from the current 1 million Oz, to well over 2 million. At $125/oz that should give thier Hardrock project a potential sale value of over $250 million. 30% of that would be about $75 million or 75 cents per share based on about 100 million shares of GRC. So the current share price is reflecting the Hardrock project only by years end, zero value is being given to something that was worth 90 cents not that long ago.

Either way GRC could be worth $2.50 by years end.
