Chris Bradley

Mr. Bradley is an experienced CTO with a decade in AdTech technology design and architecture. His IT career started with architecting IT systems for the UK's first internet bank. After becoming an ad tech entrepreneur, he built and ran several businesses leading to a sale of his greeting cards business to Hallmark Cards plc. Chris has built platforms for some of the icons of the internet, systems that scale and generate tens of millions of dollars in revenues.
Andrew Gibson
COO
Mr. Gibson is a 14-year Ad Tech veteran with expertise in office management and collections, controlling and managing multimillion-dollar accounts. Andrew is a lifelong successful entrepreneur, having successfully built and sold businesses including exiting from a large security destruction business to publicly listed PHS Plc. His strategic leadership skills have resulted in high revenue growth and profitability for the organizations that he has driven forward.
Mathew Lee
CFO
Mr. Lee has over ten years of experience in audit, finance, public company financial reporting and operations management. He began his career as a CPA, CA with Smythe LLP and performed financial statement audits and handled taxation matters for both publicly traded and privately held entities from January 2007 to December 2014. From December 2014 to November 2016, Mr. Lee was Manager of Operations for Raymond James Ltd., one of Canada's largest independent investment dealers with revenues in excess of $300 million and assets under administration in excess of $33 billion. From November 2016 to November 2017, Mr. Lee served as Corporate Controller for AP Capital, a real estate investment company with assets under management of $150 million. Since November 2017, Mr. Lee has served as chief financial officer for multiple TSX-V and CSE listed companies with a focus on cannabis, mining, and technology. Mr. Lee has expertise in the areas of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management and process improvement. Mr. Lee holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia.

Jesse Dylan is a multiple award-winning broadcaster, on-air personality of the year, and featured guest in a documentary as one of the top five on air personalities in the world. Jesse has won the ACTRA award for best on air personality in Canada and several awards from the International New York Festival of Radio including Gold. Jesse is also an award wining Journalist and author of the Best Selling book, The Good Life. Jesse is an alpha leader in media and entertainment . Mr. Dylan became fascinated with the future of advertising and distribution and has spent the past few years hand-selecting a team to disrupt the advertising arena. Jesse Dylan is a world-class connector and has worked with the world’s largest broadcast entities. Mr. Dylan is uniquely positioned to bridge old world and new media empires.
Praveen Varshney

A driving force in the Vancouver business world. He was with KPMG 1987 to 1991 where he obtained his C.A. designation in 1990. Member and past President of the Vancouver chapter of The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and a founding director of the Vancouver chapter of The IndUS Entrepreneurs (TiE). Was a 12 year member of the Sauder School of Business Faculty Advisory Board, a former Director of The Vancouver Board of Trade, and past recipient of Business in Vancouver’s 40 Under 40 Awards. He is also a SVP Vancouver Partner, a Director of OneProsper.org. and a Founding Member of instrumentbeyondborders.org.
Stephanie Ratza

Stephanie has over 20 years of finance experience with public and private technology companies ranging from start-ups to global billion-dollar technology organizations. Stephanie will lead GLN’s acquisition committee. She has held CFO positions at Bluecat Networks Inc., Resolver Inc., Descartes Systems Group, and Ipico Inc.

Mr. Valaitis’ is a successful on-air broadcaster and marketing strategist. He has a proven track record of comprehensive marketing planning and analysis. Mr. Valaitis has developed fully-integrated creative marketing initiatives to drive both business opportunity and product brands into sustained periods of explosive multi-million dollar growth.
