Buddy, how are you so confused?

Anywhere it says "Pilot Plant", they are referring to the 200 TPA Pilot Plant.

Anywhere it says "Mini-Pilot Plant" they are referring to the lab scale plant used for testing.

All test results learned from the mini-pilot plant (lab scale) will be used for optimizing the 200 TPA plant. If everything goes according to schedule then they should be firing up the 200 TPA Pilot Plant early 2018. During Q1 2018 they will be commissioning the 200 TPA plant and concurrently running PURVAP Gen 2 on the lab scale plant. Any lessons learned from Gen 2 will be applied to the 200 TPA plant for operation in the remainder of 2018.
