Not to get in the way of a likely more complete answer from Bernard himself... I have seen news releases where $30,000/kg was quoted for this  3N-4N product... but... it really isn't a "product"... yet... no one else is currently producing it in any large quantities for commercialized sale.  It has only been produced in very small quantities at very great expense for experimental purposes only and that is why the price is so high....  but this will change.
