I don't think Bernard is claiming anything. EBH2 are the ones claiming to have developed a system of which Bernard is interested in and has got a team of experts that will varify this unit. Bernard has never said he was an expert, that is why he has hired a team of experts to varify. This team he has hired are also very suspicious of which all scientists are until they see actual proof.

We will soon see if this EBH2 system is what they say it is, if not Bernard walks away.

I suspect the pilot plant news will come forward before EBH2 is varified. Kind of funny that the EBH2 people did not run this system several times before bringing the HPQ team in for varification. As they could of saved everyone a whole lot of time especially if it had been damaged in shipping.
