In all HPQ releases you claim the lowest cost except China. The question is China produce 2/3 or more Si in the world and they can make it very cheap to kick all competitors out (there are no many competitors left actually) of market. We can call it dumping but cheap is cheap and people will buy cheap. 

so how the business case will look like after "except China", how much market share left for HPQ to play? As long as free trade exists, You have to face Chinese competition.
