I guess you have no idea about the electricity evolution in China. They have the most wind/solar, most hydraulic most nuclear. iPhone and Tesla are made in China, you don't buy?

End user, e.g, solar panels will buy Chinese material unless the government interferes. Actually if China stop export, the PV industry will be cost prohibitive and disappear
