And, this is only me speculating but, I think these negotiations will not drag too long.  They have known for so long that this eventuality was almost bound to happen, that they probably have discussed it at large and kept only the details to be finalized once the decision is made by Pyro.  Now that the pilot plant is about to come online, both companies have incentives to conclude it and get on with negotiations with a third partner.
