Clive R. Hartz
Mr. Hartz is Chairman and Managing Director of the Commercial Properties Group and the Commercial & General Group of Companies, a diverse private investment group based in Perth, Western Australia, with interests in property, mining, construction and financial services. Since March 1997, Mr. Hartz has been a director of Archangel Diamond Corporation (TSX Venture Exchange), a company engaged in exploration for diamondiferous kimberlite pipes, for the purpose of mining diamonds, in the Russian Federation. He served as a director of Amcom Ltd. (Australian Stock Exchange (ASX)), a company involved in laying fibre optic cable throughout Australia from October 1997 to April 2000. David Holden
Mr. Holden, BSc (Geology) and MBA, is a consulting geologist and a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy. He obtained a Bachelor of Science (Geology) in 1984 and a Master of Business Administration in 1998. He has 18 years experience as an Exploration Geologist in Australia and New Zealand. He has held senior management positions with West Australian-based mining and exploration companies. He has mine experience in open cut and underground operations, and played a senior role in developing deeper underground mechanical mining methods in South Africa. Mr. Holden was intimately involved in the discovery of the Mt. Todd and Brocks Creek deposits (Northern Territory, Australia) and the Nimary/Jundee deposits (Western Australia). Since 1997 Mr. Holden has been a founder, consulting geologist and managing director of Ravensgate Pty Ltd of Perth, Western Australia, a specialist resource-based company that provides wide ranging services to major and junior resource developers in Australia and other parts of the World. The core business of Ravensgate is resource modeling and estimation, geological modeling, resource block modeling, reserve development, and mine scheduling. Ravensgate also provides specific industry-wide solutions, including professional project management services, independent project assessment, mining engineering, environmental science, and project financial modeling. From June 1999 to May 2002, Mr. Holden was a director of Quadrant Australia Limited (ASX), a former mineral exploration company, now a satellite-based telecommunications company. Since January 2003, he has been a director of Prosperity Resources Limited (ASX), a mineral exploration company. Manfred Kurschner
Mr Kurschner is currently president of JMF Management Inc. JMF Management Inc. has been providing consulting services and assistance to public companies and companies desiring to go public since 1986. These services can include providing financial strategies, structuring financings and introducing companies to sources of capital, advising on corporate structuring and re-structuring, sourcing and negotiating terms of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and developing corporate communications programs. In addition to providing consulting services, Mr. Kurschner has taken offices and carried out responsibilities as a director or officer for certain clients.
For ten years until the early 1980’s Mr. Kurschner was an owner/manager involved in the opening and operating of 15 retail sporting goods stores throughout central and western Canada. In the mid 1980's Mr. Kurschner left the retail sector and formed JMF Management Inc.
His clients have included resource companies, and emerging medical/pharmaceutical, high tech and biotech companies. He has worked with public companies listed on The Toronto Stock Exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange and its predecessor exchanges including CDNX, VSE and ASE, and NASDAQ and NASD OTC-Bulletin Board markets. Stuart Rogers
Mr. Rogers has been involved in the venture capital community since 1987. He is currently the President of West Oak Capital Group, Inc., a privately held investment banking firm specializing in the early stage finance of technology projects through the junior capital markets in Canada and the United States, and has served as a director of client companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, the Toronto Stock Exchange, NASDAQ Small Capital Market and NASD OTC Bulletin Board. Alastair Walker
Mr. Walker has a Bachelor of Business and is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants. He served as the secretary, from October 1997 to April 2000, to Amcom Ltd. (ASX), a company involved in laying fibre optic cable throughout Australia and to Skywest Limited, from February 2002 to January 2005, a regional airline in Western Australia. Linda Holmes
Ms. Holmes has been a Canadian-U.S. Securities Compliance Consultant to public companies since 1997 and has served as Corporate Secretary to IGC since July 2000. Since August 2002, Ms. Holmes has served as Corporate Secretary to Global Precision Medical Inc. (Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (“OTCBB”)), a company involved in the commercialization and development of the technology known as the URO-Stent that is used for the prevention of lumen restriction associated with benign prostate hyperplasia. From June 2000 to February 2002, she served as Corporate Secretary to Net Nanny Software International Inc. an Internet monitoring and filtering software company.
