DAVID GRAVES
Chairman Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Graves is the Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of the board of directors. He has been Chief Executive Officer since the formation of the corporation in May 2005. From 1998 until 2005, Mr. Graves was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Centara Corporation, a venture capital firm. Prior to that, he was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Broadband Networks Inc., a leading-edge developer of wireless telecommunications systems. Mr. Graves is a graduate of the University of Manitoba faculty of Engineering and the Executive Marketing program at Queen's University and is a registered professional engineer. Mr. Graves serves on the board of directors of Great West Lifeco. Inc.
Jay Miller
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Miller joined IMRIS as President and Chief Operating Officer in 2012 and is responsible for the operation of IMRIS’s business globally, including Sales, Marketing, Research and Development, Operations, Customer Service, Regulatory Affairs and Quality.
Mr. Miller has extensive technical and managerial experience in the medical device industry. Prior to joining IMRIS he was the President and CEO of Zonare Medical Systems; President & CEO, of Vital Images Inc., and held senior roles in both GE Healthcare and Siemens Healthcare.
Mr. Miller has a BA in Chemistry from Dartmouth College, a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
Kelly McNeill
Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. McNeill is a Chartered Accountant with several years of experience and expertise across all areas of corporate finance and operations. He has held leadership positions with companies in both the biotechnology and manufacturing sectors. Most recently Mr. McNeill served as Chief Financial Officer with Resverlogix Corp., a publicly traded biotechnology company based in Canada.
Mr. McNeill is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta and holds a Masters of Accountancy and Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba.
Denis Sutton
Executive Vice President, Human Resources
Mr. Sutton joined IMRIS as Executive Vice President, Human Resources in March 2007, bringing more than 30 years of human resource management experience. Mr. Sutton was Senior Vice President of MTS Allstream from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that he was Chief Human Resources Officer for St. Boniface General Hospital. Mr. Sutton is a management member of the Manitoba Labour Board and the Council of Human Resource Executives for the Conference Board of Canada.
Mark Reade
Executive Vice President, Global Sales
Mr. Reade joined IMRIS in 2010 as Executive Vice President, Customer Solutions and was appointed Executive Vice President, Global Sales in 2011. Prior to joining IMRIS, he was with Medtronic, both in Canada and the United States where his most recent role was that of Vice President (South East Region) of Medtronic Neuromodulation. A graduate of McGill University in Commerce and Economics and with an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, Mr. Reade’s 20+ year career in the medical device industry has included management positions at Superior Healthcare Group; Howmedica (Pfizer); and, Baxter Corporation.
Amy Boyle
Executive Vice President, Marketing
Ms. Boyle joined IMRIS in 2010 as Executive Vice President Marketing and is responsible for the Company’s upstream and downstream marketing initiatives, product management, sales support programs and emerging market development. She has 17 years of senior sales and marketing experience with Medtronic and prior to joining IMRIS, held senior positions with St. Jude Medical where her most recent role was Vice President Corporate Brand and Marketing.
Ms. Boyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
Meir Dahan
Executive Vice President, Research and Development
In his leadership role as EVP of R&D, Meir Dahan draws on an outstanding record in the development of high-quality innovations and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. During more than 16 years of diverse product-development experience, Meir devoted 10 years to fast-paced, rapidly expanding telecommunications segments and, most recently, spent more than 6 years in medical-device product development.
He brings to IMRIS an extensive background in the design, development and launch of commercial product platforms with Baxter Healthcare, 3Com Corporation and US Robotics.
Meir holds an MBA and an MS of Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago and a BSEE from Ben Gurion University in Israel.
Pablo Batista
Executive Vice President, Operations
Pablo Batista joined IMRIS in February 2007 as Vice President, Production and was promoted to Executive Vice President, Operations in January, 2009. He is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing and supply chain, quality assurance , regulatory affairs and information technology.
Prior to joining IMRIS, Mr. Batista was a Senior Program Manager with New Flyer Industries where he led numerous cross functional teams responsible for new product development. He was also Executive Director, Plant Operations for Motor Coach Industries managing a North American, multi-location business.
Mr. Batista holds a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from La Salle University in Mexico City and has over 25 years of industrial manufacturing experience in Canada the USA and Mexico.
HARTMUT WARNKEN
Vice President & General Manager, Europe
Mr. Warnken joined IMRIS as Director Customer Solutions for Europe and Middle East in August 2009 and was appointed as Vice President & General Manager, Europe & Middle East in January 2010. Previously, Mr. Warnken worked at BrainLAB as Senior Technical Consultant and Director for the intra-operative operating room solutions division. Prior to that he was Lead Architect for an architectural firm in Germany.
Mr. Warnken holds a degree in Architecture, a Masters of Engineering and an MBA from the European Business School ESCP EUROPE.
Ke Ning
Vice President & General Manager, China
Mr. Ning joined IMRIS in 2010 as Vice President & General Manager, China. Mr. Ning began his career as a radiologist at Beijing's Children's Hospital and since then he has held key roles as Global Marketing Manager and General Manager at Agilent Technologies and GE Healthcare. Prior to joining IMRIS, he was General Manager, DXR Modality for Greater China at GE Healthcare.
Mr. Ning holds a Bachelors Degree in Medical Imaging from China Medical University.
