Your second link is bogus, it never really meant much as I don't think it's correct wrt

A while back, I actually emailed that website when I read that headline and told them about it. The abstract and the subject are miles apart?
I figured it's one big mixup and needed to be clarified. I did not get a response. We do know that the Jasper spinoff was passed at the AGM and that it should be well on it's way to be a reality soon. Thats was resolution 4, the "return of capital to shareholders wrt the spinoff of certain assets of the company" Possibly that's why the site is down? Maybe it's time to become a real site once it's gone through with regulatory authorities?
Can you imagine it's been a year since it was initially thrown out into the world. Shareholders of record etc etc. Man? There are further details of it in the mailed out circular.
