I was told there were/are server issues and that this is not a sign of bad things are progress coming to an end.

Took a while to hear this as the email is also linked to this server domain Nitinat.com.

WRT the Jasper spinoff, things are moving along at a glacial pace as this is a very complicated process with all kinds of parties spanning the globe and of course there are legalities involved, so all is well folks, business as usual. :) We all know how lawyers tend to slow things down.
