Have you had a chance to pull up a legalese definition of bashing/defamation/libel.

It appears as my asking dd type questions is considered by you to be of a bashing nature.

I didn't say I am buying ISM ... I am saying I want more information ... as is the case when I e-mail other companies PR firms/company presidents - I gather information- ask many questions and then come up with a conclusion regarding the information that comes my way. If need be for you I can repeat this same statement as often as you require.

I look forward to reading your findings into the legalese definitions.
