IMHO IR ranks right up there with this lame share buy back. The only excuse I would allow is if we were in a "quiet period". The SP doesn't say so.
Penson steps into high gear today and bucks up for 500 shares once it hits the floor at .82 cents.
I can't wait for some follow-thru on any of the numerous releases listed below that we have all been waiting and waiting and waiting for.

5) NCIB? -(Thru Penson)- Share buyback commencing Oct 28 08
To be fair they have a year to buy back 10% but wouldn't buying it back cheap be more pruduent with OUR company "excess" cash?
