Majors usually want a clean slate and the nsr should be deducted from the overall purchase price. No point in giving away 1, 2 or even 5 pct through an nsr of any future cash flow. That would hurt the npv economics depending on the life of the ore body. Just wondering out load if ISM could be flipped into a Silver Wheaton type of operation.
